I know it’s a bit early but I’ve really been having fun with pinks and pastels lately. I had these delicious “Sweet Treats” Sparkle Blends from Doodles Paper Playground and bright and playful papers and stamps from Brutus Monroe. I had to do something fun with them and needed (a little) break from Christmas.

I also recently bought these heart dies from MFT in anticipation for Valentine’s Day, but decided to pull them out a little early. I created the shaker element and heart embellishment next to it with them. The papers, card stock, ribbon and stamps are from Brutus Monroe.

I enjoyed playing with all the bright colors and bringing the different products together. One of my favorite things about Sparkle Blends is that one mix can be so versatile. There were so many fun colors in the Sweet Treats mix that I was able to play with a variety of papers, patterns and markers when I colored. These sweet little treats are still in stock. Grab a new blend and see how many different ideas you can come up!
This is so cute! Some of my favorite colors. It’s got a nostalgic flare to it as well, with the cat eye glasses and that cassette tape we oldies used to record off the radio.
